D. Uday Kumar Reddy founded Tanla Solutions Ltd. and has been serving as its Chairman and Managing Director since 1999. He has been the principal architect of Tanla's leadership, growth and strategy. Under his leadership, Tanla has matured from a products-based solution provider to one of the largest, publicly traded Mobile VAS software company, specializing in wireless data services for mobile messaging and billing.
Over the last decade, Uday has led Tanla to become one of the most successful young IT companies in India with a global presence.
Uday's sharp focus on innovation and the urge to set new milestones in business and technology have been the key drivers of the Company's success. He has also been significantly active in the M&A community, and has been leading discussions across the globe regarding potential alliances and M&A opportunities. Uday holds an MBA degree from the UK.

Responsible for business development
Gautam Sabharwal, as Director-Global Business Development, leads Tanla's business development and global strategic alliances and partnerships. Gautam joined Tanla from Techserv, a company he founded and which became a subsidiary of Tanla Solutions Ltd. He had earlier worked with such companies as Infonetics Research and Virtual Plus, and was responsible for worldwide marketing, sales, business development and customer operations. His past experience also includes several years of managing successful businesses in the emerging telecom services markets of Europe.
In a career spanning well over a decade, Gautam has developed strong market insights and understanding of the global mobile services industry. He is an integral part of Tanla's strategy planning and leadership team, and is responsible for spearheading the global strategy and organization footprint. He has also been instrumental in defining competitive strategies as well as sales and marketing initiatives. Gautam has an MBA degree from Westminster Business School, UK.

Satish Kathirisetti is the CTO of Tanla. He is responsible for technology innovation and guidance, engineering delivery and managing the corporate IT infrastructure and networks.

Responsible for Emerging Market Expansions strategy into Africa
As Chief Executive Officer, Vikash Barath is tasked with the responsibility of Tanla's South African market entry and growth. He is also driving the emerging market expansion strategy into Africa.
With over 15 years experience in the mobile telecommunications industry, Vikash has extensive knowledge in mobile value added services, voice and messaging. Prior to joining Tanla, he worked for MTN, where he held management roles in the technical, marketing and sales areas. As the Senior Manager of the Wireless Application Service Provider (WASP) department at MTN, Vikash was responsible for the mobile operator's WASP strategy, execution and operations.
Vikash combines his technical abilities with a strong business acumen which enables him to engage at all levels of the business in a focused manner. This makes him have the rare quality of being able to take clear and economically sound decisions in a fast moving competitive environment.
Vikash holds an MBA in International Business Management and an engineering diploma.
