Navnit Chachan, as Director-Technical Operations and Support, is responsible for deploying and operationalizing all products and services offered by Tanla. He is also responsible for managing the corporate IT infrastructure and networks.

Navnit joined Tanla from Smartnet Communication Systems (P) Ltd, which he co-founded and which later became subsidiary of Tanla Solutions Ltd. Previously, he has worked for Reliance Industries Ltd and was part of the executive group responsible for operational planning, troubleshooting, and executive reporting. He has also been responsible for research and new product development. Navnit has a passion for Open Source and is a keen contributor to the community.
