Tanla offers T-Dialer, an outbound voice dialer for proactive customer contact, including predictive and preview dialing, campaign and call list management, automated and scheduled recalls. The service can be used for when high volume calls are required, e.g. outbound telemarketing campaigns, as well as for lower volume, customer care campaigns.
T-Dialer allows customer service agents to schedule the date and time of calls in advance, helping them plan their time more effectively. It automatically detects the result of a call, e.g. if it goes through to an answerphone or fax, saving time by only transferring calls that are picked up in person. If a call is unanswered or the line is busy, T-Dialer logs this information and will retry later, ensuring all the recipients receive the intended communication.
