Dr. N. J. Rajaram is the President – Corporate Planning at Tanla from January 2008. He carries the mandate of taking the organization to higher levels of profitability and more importantly integrate the organization globally in terms HR, development, business and quality processes. He has over 23 years of experience in various capacities; primarily in the areas of Software Process Improvement and Institutionalization of best practices.

He holds a Ph.D. in the area of Software Quality Assurance, from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, India. He was awarded the Dr. Deepak. K. Merchant Memorial prize for the best PhD from IIT Bombay, for research in Software Quality. He did his B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, from J.N.T.U., Hyderabad. He also has a M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering and PG. Diploma in SQC & OR from Indian Statistical Institute, Calcutta. He is a certified ISO Lead Auditor, Certified ISMS Lead auditor, Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Software Quality Analyst.
