Independent Consultant - HR Operations

About the Role:

Tanla is looking for HR operations Executive who will be responsible for the Onboarding and MIS process for new employees. The purpose of this role is to serve as the first point of contact for all new colleague to create a positive Onboarding experience through problem understanding, communicating promptly on progress, and engaging employee with a courteous and professional attitude.

What you'll be responsibel For?

• Provide support to Operations.

• Attendance update

• Responsible to Draft Offer letter & Appointment preparation, Buddy emails, joining kits distribution & Joining alert communication to the stake holders for smooth onboarding process.

• Pre-Onboarding follow up and Business communication on new joiners

• HRMS update

• Data ownership, MIS & reporting to the respective Business Managers

• Insurance & Bank accounts for New joiners along with other benefits

• Responsible for onboarding and Departmental induction – Cross Functional

• Take care of all important tasks assigned as per business requirements handling employee offer management

• Should be able to analyse and verify all the documents received from prospective employees to confirm identity.

• Identify and resolve deficiencies if any and getting onboarding completed within pre-defined Service Level Agreements

• Coordinate with external Vendors - Business Partners, Background Verification agencies, Vendor Management Organizations, Procurement teams, etc. to complete statutory requirements in line with organization policies

• Coordinate with the internal teams to make sure that tasks are brought to a logical conclusion in a defined timeframe

• Take part in internal audit

What you 'd have?

 • Should be an MBA post grad with decent pedigree

• Min of 0-2 yrs yrs of experience in managing & Supporting the HR Operations

• Must have hands on experience on Excel- Pivot table, Vlookup, general calculations, formulas.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills ,the ability to call, connect and interact wit Employees and Vendors

• Be persuasive and goal-oriented

• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
