Lead - UX Specialist

Job Summary

A passionate individual to lead the user experience design for a portfolio of B2B SaaS Products. The individual will own the UX insights strategy partnering with Product Management for their portfolio. Will be responsible for planning, execution & analyse user experience to understand customer context and needs and translate findings into artifacts such as personas, journeys, tasks analyses, etc., to communicate their findings in business consumable ways.

Functional Responsibilities :

• Work hand-in-hand with product managers to define product requirements and innovate new and meaningful ways to accomplish them.

• Be responsible for the complete user experience for your products and will interact with various internal and external stakeholders, customers, marketing, and multidisciplinary development teams to bring your vision to market.

• Identify requirements, develop user models, create wireframes and process flows to communicate your vision, prototype user interfaces for interaction validation, lead end-user focus groups, develop and maintain user interface specifications and guidelines, and resolve design trade-offs and implementation issues.

• Work with researchers to learn about your end users through interviews, research and observation and will be expected to represent and advocate for them at all times.

• Become a subject matter expert, understanding the latest technology, solution, market trends, as well as competitive offerings related to our products. • Create wireframes, flows, comps, prototypes, and produce assets to effectively communicate interaction and design work and validate ideas. Required

Knowledge & Experience :

• Preferred advanced degree (or equivalent experience) in the Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, or other related degrees.

• At least 5 years or equivalent combination of education and experience successfully applying customer-centered design

• Knowledge of user interface design, usability evaluation techniques, perception, cognition, and experimental design

• Mobile and web application design experience across various platforms (iOS, Android, Windows) including demonstrating an understanding of responsive web design

• Passion–Strong affinity for the digital lifestyle and zealous drive to make interactive technology better for real people

• Demonstrate proficiency with Axure RP, Sketch or other wireframe tools

• Up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

• Must have strong written and verbal English communication skills.
