Sr Executive - HR Operations

Role: Sr Executive – HR Operations

Location: Hyderabad

You’ll be Responsible For?

  • Resolve Tier 1 queries and transactions related to HR
  • Maintain HR dashboard system (MSD 365) with accurate and updated information
  • Initiate background verification on offer letters for new hires
  • Prepare employment verification letters based on the nature of requests received
  • Manage the new hire preboarding process
  • Maintaining Training related data
  • Managing & Coordinating queries on Case management tool and create HR tickets
  • Managing reports request from employees and stakeholders
  • Communicate and distribute processes and other relevant documentation to employees needed to resolve the query/ issue
  • Responsible for HR Stats & Dashboard
  • Managing technical issues and act as a bridge between operations & technical teams
  • Adhere to agreed KRAs and customer service standards
  • Manage administrative responsibilities for HR Shared Services, within the agreed SLAs
  • Manage all processes and documentation related to employee lifecycle data
  • Collect data to prepare management reports, as needed
  • Deliver high-quality, professional service to all internal stakeholders
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures
  • Assist with internal and external audits


What you’d have?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant field
  • Knowledge of Polish language(Oral & written) - Mandatory
  • 4-7 years of experience in HR is desirable.
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS, payroll, and similar employee management software
  • Superior customer service skills using efficient processes
  • Understanding of HR operations including hiring, payroll and employee benefits
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic understanding or knowledge of MS Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience using Human Resources Management Systems
  • Highly Organised and Self-motivated
  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with constant deadlines
