Role: Sr Executive – HR Operations
Location: Hyderabad
You’ll be Responsible For?

Resolve Tier 1 queries and transactions related to HR
-
Maintain HR dashboard system (MSD 365) with accurate and updated information
-
Initiate background verification on offer letters for new hires
-
Prepare employment verification letters based on the nature of requests received
-
Manage the new hire preboarding process
-
Maintaining Training related data
-
Managing & Coordinating queries on Case management tool and create HR tickets
-
Managing reports request from employees and stakeholders
-
Communicate and distribute processes and other relevant documentation to employees needed to resolve the query/ issue
-
Responsible for HR Stats & Dashboard
-
Managing technical issues and act as a bridge between operations & technical teams
-
Adhere to agreed KRAs and customer service standards
-
Manage administrative responsibilities for HR Shared Services, within the agreed SLAs
-
Manage all processes and documentation related to employee lifecycle data
-
Collect data to prepare management reports, as needed
-
Deliver high-quality, professional service to all internal stakeholders
-
Follow Standard Operating Procedures

Assist with internal and external audits
What you’d have?
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant field
-
Knowledge of Polish language(Oral & written) - Mandatory
-
4-7 years of experience in HR is desirable.

Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS, payroll, and similar employee management software
-
Superior customer service skills using efficient processes
-
Understanding of HR operations including hiring, payroll and employee benefits
-
Good written and verbal communication skills
-
Basic understanding or knowledge of MS Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Experience using Human Resources Management Systems
