Job Role

The primary objective of this role is to assist Sales team to achieve the targets, by working closely with all the clients/Telcos and provide necessary support to ensure to achieve targets.

What you'll be responsible for?

  • Must have Hands on Experience/Knowledge on A2P SMS with Routing.
  • Client On-Boarding
  • Client Engagement.
  • Escalation Management.
  • Resolving customer complaints and informing concerned stakeholders.
  • Handling customer queries/requests raised via E-mails, calls and ticketing tool.
  • Should have good knowledge SQL, Excel, Advanced Excel & Power Point Presentation.
  • Should have Reporting and analytical skills.
  • SLA & KRA Management.
  • Process and certification related to business operations is plus.

Qualification and other skills

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree.
  • Minimum three plus years if experience in the job offered or in a related role

What you'd have?

  • Must have knowledge in SQL, advanced excel and power point presentation.
  • Customer Success & Business Operations experience.
  • Able to communicate both on a technical and non-technical level.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, written communication skills and good customer handling capabilities.
  • Possess excellent presentation skills and proficiency at making one on one and group presentations.
  • Good in understanding business numbers and sharp in analyzing and predicting trends.
  • Be passionate and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Networking, persuasion, prospecting, negotiation, self-motivated
