Job Role


What you'll be responsible for?

  • Research and create various forms of content such as blogs, white papers, presentations,  brochures, white papers, business documents, videos, social media posts, ads, audio-visuals, etc.
  • Conduct in depth research of a subject before venturing into writing. Communicate  appropriately with subject matter experts for support in new services and products. 
  • Work collaboratively with product, platform and other functional teams to create effective  content and ensure on-time completion and delivery.
  • Monitor industry news, competitor activities, trends and events. Share relevant insights and  recommendations to ensure all content stays current. 
  • Research,  conceptualise, create, and execute crucial ad campaign aspects - keyword research, ad copy creation, audience analysis, in-depth client/brand  research. 
  • Familiarity with best practices for content distribution channels such as social media, email  marketing blog, etc., collaborate with the team to work on ad hoc tasks on  demand.
  • Zeal to proactively learn new subjects and acquire thorough knowledge of all products and services offered by the organization. 
  • Craft engaging and platform-specific social media content, including posts, stories, videos,  and live interactions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with ongoing promotional activities and advertising strategies.
  • Engage in community  management, responding to comments, and fostering a positive community  around the brand.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness and report  on ROI of social media strategies.

Qualification and other skills

A bachelor’s in any discipline, preferably Mass Communications, from a recognized university with 5-7 years' experience in advertising,marketing, social media, or a creative field.

  • A bachelor’s in any discipline, preferably Mass Communications, from a recognized university with 5-7 years' experience in advertising, marketing, social media, or a creative field.
  • Exceptional English language - written and verbal communication skills, with ability to easily comprehend and translate ideas into clear and compelling content and B2B digital content expertise, with impeccable spelling, grammar, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Experience with WordPress, Uberflip, and other content creation tools would be an added advantage.
  • Knowledgeable in SEO, keyword research, and social media best practices. Experience with digital content, crafted specifically for B2B customers with knowledge of accurate spelling, grammar and punctuation. 
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter,Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.) with the ability to engage and grow anaudience through compelling content tailored to each platform.
  • Understanding of social media trends and the ability to leverage these for brand enhancement. Demonstrable experience with social mediaanalytics tools and the ability to analyze and interpret user engagement data to inform content strategies.
  • Experience with social media ad campaign management including planning, targeting, and performance analysis.
  • Ability to create and manage a content calendar for consistent posting across all relevant social media channels.
