Site Realibility Engineer

What you'll be responsible for?

  • Responsible to perform Root cause analysis(RCA)
  • Responsible for Problem management and OLAs
  • Responsible for performance/service KPIs & SLO
  • Responsible for patch updates, application deployments, and Configuration management
  • Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience.
  • Develop scripts to automate visualization
  • Responsible to close queries raised by the Internal teams.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams.

Qualification and other skills

BE / B.Tech / M Tech

What you'd have?

  • Should have Experience of 4- 10 years
  • Strong knowledge of problem management, root cause analysis & change management flow Expertise in CI/CD, Shell Scripting, Knowledge of the cloud, Kubernetes, Network, and SQL
  • Experience in Patch updates, application deployments & configuration management
  • Knowledge of the ITIL framework will be an added advantage
  • Ability to make quick decisions and ensure fast failover
  • Knowledge management
  • Experience with deployment automation(infrastructure as code)
  • Ability to use open-source technologies and cloud services
  • Willing to work 24*7 shifts.
