Job Role

The ConnectOne Lead has primary responsibility in managing the team, responsible for the installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Karix products. This position works very closely with the Systems, IT and Engineering groups to deliver the system as designed for the client.  This role also interacts with various client technical staff and may be asked to travel to client sites to perform installations and for meetings and provide escalation support for operational systems as needed.

The ConnectOne Lead should be a good decision maker, a multitasker, good at understanding and analyzing any issues or requirements and point in the right direction, should have good verbal and written communication skills and mainly handling escalations from internal and external customers.

What you'll be responsible for?

  • Should have understanding on .net stack.
  • Application deployments in Customers environments.
  • Installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools.
  • Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes.
  • Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
  • Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
  • Proactively investigate and manage issues affecting application deliverability.
  • Create and deliver reports to demonstrate factors affecting deliverability and reputation.
  • Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures.
  • Providing training to team, guiding/helping team in day-to-day activities and managing team
  • Building the process and SOP, required documents for day-to-day activities.
  • Coordinating with internal teams and with customers to get the customer onboarded at the earliest.
  • Providing demos, POC & training to Customers.
  • Participating in meetings with customer and internal teams to understand the requirement, providing the solution, preparing necessary documents and plans for implementing/deploying the solution/applications.
  • Troubleshoot the issues and provide solutions to avoid such issues in future.
  • Visiting client places (local/nonlocal) when required.

Qualification and other skills

  • B.E/B. Tech CSE/ECE mainstreams
  • Experienced for 6-9  years

What you'd have?

  • Proven working experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows /Linux based environments.
  • Advanced Windows server skills (IIS, Windows security, optimization, and troubleshooting).
  • Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VPN, routing, QoS)
  • Security and encryption fundamentals (SSL/TLS, SSH, PGP)
  • Good Knowledge on any DB (MySQL, Oracle etc.) (DBA activities, experience with SQL queries, functions, and stored procedures).
  • Basic scripting skills (e.g., shell scripts, Perl, Ruby, Python)
  • Ability to articulate complex technical topics clearly and concisely to both business and technical audiences in both written and verbal form.
  • Understanding skills and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good at Presentation and documentation.
  • Work successfully in a strong team environment.
  • Any other technical exposure to different technologies will be an advantage.
