Lead UX Designer

‍

We are looking for a Lead UX Designer who is a strong design thinker and leader, capable of driving end-to-end user experience across products. You will be part of a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment, working closely with product managers, engineers, and architects to shape intuitive and scalable user experiences.

This role requires ownership of the design vision, mentoring junior designers, and ensuring design consistency, usability, and excellence across the product ecosystem.

• Lead end-to-end UX designprocesses from research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping to final delivery.
• Define and drive the overalldesign vision and strategy across product lines.
• Create user flows, wireframes,high-fidelity UI mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Build and maintain scalabledesign systems and style guides across platforms.
• Collaborate with product,engineering, and leadership teams to influence product direction andprioritization.
• Conduct usability evaluationsand continuously improve product experience based on user feedback and data.
• Write clear designspecifications and ensure seamless handoff to engineering teams.
• Review implementations andprovide feedback to ensure design quality and consistency.
• Mentor and guide juniordesigners, fostering a strong design culture within the team.
• Drive cross-functionalalignment and advocate for user-centric design decisions.

• Strong communication,stakeholder management, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to balance user needs,business goals, and technical constraints effectively.

• 8 -10 years of experience inUX/UI design with strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work.
• Bachelor’s/master’s degree indesign or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong experience in web,mobile, and responsive design across platforms.
• Experience in SaaS / CPaaSplatforms is a strong plus.
• Expertise across all phases ofdesign: research, wireframing, prototyping, interaction, and visual design.
• Proven ability to lead designinitiatives and align cross-functional teams around a design vision.
• Hands-on experience with Figma,Sketch, and Whimsical.
