Anshuman Kar joins Tanla as a Chief Customer Officer, bringing over two decades of hands-on experience as a seasoned strategist in the SaaS industry. Renowned for his pragmatic leadership style, Anshuman excels at blending problem-solving with effective change management to drive transformation and operational success across both hyper-growth and large-scale organizations.

At Tanla, Anshuman will spearhead customer success initiatives designed to deepen customer engagement, accelerate adoption, and fuel sustained business growth through scalable customer centric processes. He will be responsible for building and scaling high impact customer success framework. His role is central to reinforcing Tanla’s vision of delivering trust, and future-ready communication solutions.

Prior to joining Tanla, Anshuman served as Senior Vice President at Udemy, where he led operations for Udemy Business overseeing marketing, sales and customer success. His career began at Satyam Computers in 1998, followed by leadership roles at Capgemini, EY, McKinsey & Company, HO and Twilio with a strong focus on strategy and planning.

Anshuman’s extensive experience spans B2B models, bridging sales-led and product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies across diverse customer segments, and global, multi-product portfolios.

His leadership philosophy centres on developing talent, enhancing operational leverage, and achieving organizational excellence.
