Sunil served as Senior Audit Partner at S R Batliboi & Associates LLP (a member firm of EY India) for over 20 years, where he led the Assurance practice for the Technology, Media, and Telecom (TMT) sector. During his tenure, he played a key role in shaping industry audit practices and mentoring future leaders in the profession.

A Chartered Accountant and active contributor to the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), Sunil has been a member of the Auditing and Assurance Standards Board, influencing national-level policies and frameworks that drive transparency and accountability in financial reporting.
