About the Role: 

To streamline and improve the product team’s work so there is a more consistent approach to managing tools and processes and the various facets to run successfully.The primary objective of this role is to perform activities to safeguard enterprises and end users by streamlining critical routine tasks and facilitating better communications across the organization.

What Youll be Responsible for? 

  • Understanding of regulatory aspects of telecom industry and knowledge of KYC (Know Your Customer).
  • Analyze different data and provide statistics to help product and associated teams to make more informed decisions.
  • To perform regular audit on predefined portals for improving efficacy of various platforms & solutions defined in the role.
  • Coordinate with both customers and internal stake holders for enhancing and building new features both at platform and solution level for existing as well as new product development – Firewall, DLT, Phishing solutions, etc
  • Maintain templates, guidelines, and references for organizational requirement more specific to product team
  • Manage the customer feedback cycle and ensure to close loop in addressing and resolving the concerns using tools like Freshdesk & Jira
  • Facilitate product adoption
  • Shoulder the responsibility of team targets (revenue & SMS traffic) and support the respective teams by ensuring all the loops are addressed and closed for the smooth operations

What youd have? 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with minimum of 3+ years’ experience in operations on SMS services, SMS Hub, and firewall in telecom & allied industries.
  • Efficient in using MS office tools more specific in excel efficiency
  • Ability to understand and communicate with cross functional teams both on a technical and non-technical aspect
  • Efficiency in analyzing the huge data
  • 24/7 availability for Internal stake holders.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Be passionate and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Self-motivated individual willing to take responsibility and be flexible to stretch the limits to meet deadlines
