JOB ROLE:
- Ability to understand customer requirements & document
them
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to create project plans & deliver on time
- Excellent business process mapping skills
- Any knowledge with BI tools is good to have
- Customer Management Skills
- Proactively identify risks and mitigate them
- Any prior experience in digital marketing will be a benefit.
