Business Analyst - Finance Operations

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Analyst to join our Strategy Team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent quantitative and qualitative analysis skills, a keen business acumen, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment. As a Business Analyst in our CEO’s Office Team, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing market trends, evaluating business performance, and providing strategic insights to drive informed decision-making within the organization.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Market Analysis:

Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.

Analyze competitive landscapes and industry benchmarks to inform strategic recommendations.

  • Data Analysis:

Gather, validate, and analyze data from various sources to draw actionable insights.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for tracking key performance indicators and business metrics.

  • Strategic Planning:

Assist in the development of strategic initiatives and long-term business plans.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to formulate data-driven strategies for business growth and optimization.

  • Financial Analysis:

Evaluate financial data, including revenue, expenses, and profitability, to identify areas for improvement.

Support financial modeling and forecasting efforts to aid strategic decision-making.

  • Stakeholder Communication:

Prepare clear and concise presentations to communicate analysis findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.

Collaborate effectively with internal teams to gather relevant information and ensure alignment on strategic objectives.

  • Process Improvement:

Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements to enhance productivity and effectiveness.

Work closely with operational teams to streamline workflows and optimize business processes.

 

What do we look in you?

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related field. Master's degree is a plus
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably within a strategy or consulting environment.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proficiency in using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is desirable.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with strategic frameworks and business modeling concepts.
