What Youd have?
? Incident Management and good understanding of SLAs.
? Troubleshooting & problem solving skills
? Analytical and communication skills.
? Strong knowledge on Linux
? Very good knowledge on monitoring tools like Prometheus,Loki,Grafana & Solarwinds.
? Understanding of Azure Cloud services(Log analytics, Kubernetes, IAM), Powershell, TCP/IP stack and HTTP/SMPP protocols
? Understanding of Infrastructure environments – Cloud, VMware, storage, networks, databases, etc.
? Strong Linux & Windows Update/Patching Management & Azure Cloud Troubleshooting experience.
? Strong knowledge on customizing FluentBit, Loki and Grafana for Monitoring
? Having certifications on AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals and AZ-104: Microsoft Azure Administrator is a plus
? Understanding of middleware processing platforms like Kakfa, RabbitMQ, Redis & Aerospike
? Knowledge on ITIL framework
What You’ll be responsible for?
? Responsible for proactive monitoring of alerts(Network, Infra, Applications) and taking corrective actions.
? Responsible for Incident Management life cycle & Service requests fulfillment.
? Responsible for Incident logging, accurately tracks and documents all incidents.
? Responsible for configuring monitoring alerts for Infra, Applications and platform KPIs.
? Handling Incidents 24X7(Email and Phone Support) and ensure minimal disruption to the service
? Adherence to the process compliance
? Adherence to the SLAs defined with the customer
? Coordination with cross-group peers both proactively and reactively, produce quality documentation and share with the appropriate team members
? Work with product engineering teams to develop SOP documents.
? Ability to perform root cause analysis on various service impacting events.
? Act as a First Point of Contact for incidents, escalations and business impacting technology issues
? To ensure maximum possible service availability and performance of the platforms.
