About the Role:
As the Content Lead, you'll own our content marketing strategy short term and long term and be responsible for creating clear, concise, engaging content for Tanla brand assets, positioning, and channel strategies to shape, explain and position our unique value propositions, offers and services. Your job is to think like a publisher/a journalist, leading the development of content initiatives in all forms to drive brand and current business and continual monitoring/analysis of the key content metrics.
What you'll be responsible for?

Work closely with the rest of the marketing team to develop a content strategy that supports and extends marketing initiatives, both short- and long-term.

Manage the creation of content assets (incl. videos, e-book, brochures, case studies, product launch, emails, blog posts etc..) and maintain a structured inventory for those assets.

Coordinate the content creation process internally and externally ( incl. managing external agencies) and be an arbiter of best practices in grammar, messaging, writing, and tone of voice

Support in implementing growth campaigns & experiments to drive lead acquisition from online and offline sources (direct mail, events, digital campaigns, blog content, landing pages).

Supporting in growing our social media awareness & community presence by working closely with our marketing and products team.

Develop, in coordination with the rest of the marketing team, a deep understanding of our product, audience, and their buyer’s journey to identify opportunities to create content to support acquisition and client expansion.
What You'd have ?

You have 4-6 years of experience in content marketing, ideally in a high growth start-up environment.

Outstanding grasp of English language - written and spoken

You are passionate and very comfortable in writing and editing - you produce engaging and accurate content that you’re very proud of.

You have hands-on experience with SEO, social media platform and their analytics.

You are very autonomous and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, but also know when to ask for advice and support from the wider team.
Desirable:

?Experience with working within the B2B SaaS/B2B Products/Tech environment.

Marketing psychology and how to write copy that provokes action from different personas.

How to write copy for all touchpoints of any journey, from initial awareness through to purchase.

The power of storytelling and how to use it in your copy to drive conversions.
