Government Sales - Gurgaon

Role: Drive revenue growth by selling CPaaS solutions to government agencies and PSUs in the northern region.

What You'll be responsible for?

  • Should have expertise in direct selling and a good track record in acquisition of new clients.
  • Actively seek and enable new revenue opportunities.
  • Portfolio to manage and generate business from PSU/Government clients of northern region.
  • Develop positive relationships with clients
  • Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
  • Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth

What You'd have ?

  • Candidate should have 5 to 8 years of experience in handling Government clients. 
  • Hands on experience in PSU/Government sales and an ability to do liaising with clients
  • Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
