You’ll be Responsible for?

Develop, socialize, and champion the SEO strategy and manage the execution of the roadmap for SEO initiatives across all Tanla products globally.

Develop SEO dashboards, and track and share reports to key stakeholders on SEO performance and impact of initiatives.

Keep up-to-date with SEO industry trends and methodologies, and work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate SEO standards during site redesigns, new product rollouts, migrations, and new site features.

Take ownership of the entire organic traffic funnel, and develop and implement strategies to grow traffic across all stages of the buyer journey.

Manage and mentor a team of SEO specialists.

Provide Search Engine Optimization guidance to content creators across the organization and to external agencies to support our SEO efforts.
What you’d have?
-
3-5 years of SEO experience, with a strong focus on Content SEO.
-
Strong foundation in technical SEO and must possess good technical communication skills to work with developers.

Experience in driving organic traffic at scale across multiple geographies.

Experience with programmatic SEO is an added advantage.

Should have a user-first mindset about SEO.

Hands-on understanding of SEO tools including GSC, Analytics, Semrush, etc. Understanding of web design and development (HTML, CSS, Javascript, etc.) will be an added advantage.

Execute and track all on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to meet the digital marketing goals

Work with external agencies on Backlinks and content, as well as work on internal Backlink activities
