Manager - Technical Support (L1 Ops)
What You'll be responsible for?
  • Team Management
  • Monitoring Team performance
  • Handling Customer Escalations
  • Creating Process improvements timely
  • Identifying the technical gaps across levels and arranging necessary trainings
  • Providing updates to the team on daily updates from technology and management
  • Managing Escalation tracker(Internal/External Escalations for support)

What you'd have ?
  • B.E/B. Tech/MCA with Good Communication Skills
  • 10+ year of experience SQL, and Excel in Application support environment
  • Should have strong presentation skills
  • Candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Candidate must be organized, detail oriented, personable and can prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Should have experience is Team Management, Performance management, Process Design and Process Improvement and New initiatives.
