Marketing Automation Specialist
Mumbai / Hyderabad

You’ll be responsible for?

  • Designing and building automated marketing campaign flows.
  • Responsible for marketing program development and execution, including segmentation, testing, and deployment, and continually evaluate these for improvements.
  • Maintain Marketing Automation integration with CRM.
  • Understand and evaluate campaign metrics and distribute campaign performance to the marketing team.
  • Manage marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards.
  • Responsible for email marketing program development and execution, including segmentation, testing, and deployment, and continually evaluate these for improvements.
  • Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and growth.
  • Support essential marketing operations initiatives such as managing the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing.
  • Develop and execute effective lead generation processes and supporting campaigns analysis, and related marketing automation efforts.
  • Manage the mailing list subscribers and send targeted email campaigns to customers and prospects.

You’d have ?

  • Graduate/postgraduate with 4 years of experience with Marketing automation systems preferably HubSpot.
  • Strong familiarity with B2B/ SaaS marketing operations.
  • Demonstrable experience in segmenting audiences and optimizing campaigns to increase effectiveness.
  • Proven experience of maintaining a marketing database; performing data governance tasks to ensure a high level of data hygiene.
  • A working knowledge with HTML and strong understanding of email-campaign best practices, as well as expertise with email fundamentals including reputation, spam, security, deliverability
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable workflows
  • In-depth understanding of Marketing and campaign management functions and processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills, with a precise attention to detail and grammatical accuracy.
  • Working knowledge of testing to check HTML for browser, device compatibility issues etc.
