Product Manager

      Analytical/Decision Making Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with leaders across sales, marketing, partners, and engineering teams giving our customers a consistent experience working with customer-obsessed teams
  • Engage with business, IT, and developer teams to educate them with the goal of building a perfect product that meets business requirements
  • Drive product feature related changes to our customer adoption efforts, evolving them into a consistent, repeatable framework with a data-driven approach toward measuring outcomes
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and optimization in product functionality
  • Anticipate problems before they occur; define the problem or risk; identify possible causes; work with team to identify solutions; select and implement most appropriate solution
  • Ability to innovate and co-create solutions with partners
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and optimization of platforms, products, and processes
  • Analysis and reporting of data based on services provided to bring visibility to leadership and stakeholders 

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

  • Exceptional strategic thinking, ability to consider impact and opportunities of a fast-changing technology market
  • Ability and willingness to continuously learn product releases, risks and fixes, product metrics, competitor, and pricing
  • Ability to build relationships in a remote setting with users of various levels
  • Exceptional decision-making ability, balancing what is right with what is realistic
  • Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change
  • Ability to work and team with a multitude of different people from various depts
  • Possess a high energy level, sense of urgency, decisiveness, and an ability to work well under pressure
  • English language skills - excellent written and verbal communication
  • Expert to Proficient at Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)  


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Sciences, or a related discipline


  • 7+ years in a corporate IT/ITES/Telecom environment
  • 5+ years’ experience in an overall product management role
  • Work experience with end-to-end product lifecycle management is required
