Product Manager (Chatbot)
Hyderabad / Mumbai / Bangalore

Role:

  • Build the product strategy and roadmap in line with customers problems and company's vision
  • Identify market opportunities with research and competitive analysis and integrate it into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
  • Analyze complex use cases with experience in using analytics platforms to understand product usability and break them down to simplify user experience
  • Design simple and intuitive user interfaces through wireframes and mock-ups
  • Listen to the clients on an ongoing basis, be a trusted advisor and work towards aligning our offerings to their expectations.
  • Develop and launch new products while enhancing the existing products on a timely basis
  • Communicate the product solutions and offerings effectively internally and externally
  • Translate business strategy into product strategy, own the product roadmap and execute product strategy  
  • Manage product profitability and commercial success – own the business case  
  • Provide insight to stakeholders on the product and market  
  • Provide product marketing with insights on key differentiators and messages  
  • Support the Product Owner and Product Marketer with any questions they may have  
  • Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues 

What You’ll be Responsible For?

  • Define the product strategy and roadmap, manage the product throughout its lifecycle from concept to end-of-life
  • Collect, manage and maintain traceability of requirements from all stakeholders across product releases
  • Write the business case for investments and gain internal approval.
  • Propose a product marketing plan and budget and then deliver against it
  • Write Product Requirements and Market Requirements documents.
  • Be the recognized expert in the business on the product, the market, relevant technology and the competition.
  • Perform product demos to customers and develop relationships in key clients
  • Monitor, report and improve product performance
  • Promote the product to sales teams through sales training sessions, webinars, email and other mechanisms
  • Develop and deliver training to technical sales support
  • Manage development and marketing projects to deliver to plan
  • Collate feedback from sales and customers
  • Represent the voice of the customer in senior level management meetings
  • Evangelize the product internally and externally
  • Be recognized as a leader in the business and build relations with business stakeholders
  • Deliver a regular (e.g. monthly) volume, revenue, and profit forecasts
  • Be persistent and professional in pursuit of all product deliverables and documentation such as PRD and Knowledge Base
  • Responsible for maintaining platform features in India and UAE.
  • Responsible to review platform Metrics on a ongoing basis.
  • Review all releases going on production and confirm if meets the overall product guidelines.

What you’d have ?

  • Overall 8+ years of experience with 5 years of prior industry experience as a Product Manager or Technical Product Manager in an Enterprise Software/Cloud based B2B SaaS solutions or Internet/E-commerce platforms
  • Must have exp - min of 1.5 years in managing the Multi-tenant chatbot platform with NLP capabilities
  • Been a consistent performer throughout your college and career
  • Experience with Project Management tools like JIRA, able to create low-fi and high-fi mockups using Balsamiq, Sketch or any tool
  • High bias for action with demonstrable history of identifying and resolving cross-project interdependencies
  • Ability to juggle several initiatives and shift priorities as needed
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written communication) with a knack for storytelling
  • Data Driven with proficiency on data querying and analysis. Experience with tools like SQL, Excel, Tableau, Qlikview, Powerbi etc. is preferred
  • Demonstrated success defining, launching, and maintaining excellent products.
  • Complete knowledge of SDLC with agile experience, work effectively in Agile software development methodology and lead the entire team to successfully deliver product goals
  • Define and manage business Use case and test cases.
  • Working knowledge of Design Thinking and should have conducted workshop for business case elicitation.
  • Understanding of API, Kore.ai,Natural language (NLP), RDBMS, SQL statements - advanced level.
  • Business Use case creation / scenarios, detailed BRD and technical specification documentation.
  • Creation and maintenance of Flow diagram, sequence diagram, class and deployment diagrams.
  • Bot Retraining and Utterance validation, Data Annotation creation for Chatbot / DA for FAQs and Dialog flow based apps.
  • Work well under pressure and be able to prioritize to meet deadlines and quickly shift priorities as necessary. Ability to multi-task, work independently and demonstrate keen attention to details
  • You will have to define, track and improve key product metrics.
  • Experience in one or more of the following is a plus: CPAAS, UCAAS, SaaS, Marketing Automation, Customer Communication etc.
