Product Operations Manager
Hyderabad and Mumbai


     Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

  • Good management experience in a production, mission-critical, IT operations environment, preferably in Managed Services
  • Strong customer orientation and able to manage customer expectations
  • Ability to adhere to strategic operational plans and translate them to actionable roadmaps
  • Good people management skills
  • Initiate, build and maintain productive customer relationships
  • Ability to create cost effective systems and responsible for building partnerships across teams within the organization
  • Ability to work with Product/Business operations vertical and ensure that all processes are followed/executed and meet deadlines
  • Monitoring and reporting the progress of various programs and ensure governance
  • Assist in developing or updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for business operations
  • Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change
  • Ability to work with multitude of teams to balance demands
  • Ability to deal efficiently with escalations and difficult situations/people under pressure, such as restoration of services
  • Outstanding management, interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
  • Expert to Proficient at Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)  


  • A degree in Computer Science / Engineering and/or a business-related degree


  • 9+ years in IT environment working with multiple disciplines to provide operational support in line with customer needs
  • Significant experience in operations management
  • Other relevant experience in customer service and/or business management roles
  • Work experience in managed services industry preferred
