What You'll be responsible for?

Responsible to perform Root cause analysis(RCA)

Responsible for Problem management and OLAs

Responsible for performance/service KPIs & SLO
-
Responsible for patch updates, application deployments, and Configuration management

Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience.

Develop scripts to automate visualization
-
Responsible to close queries raised by the Internal teams.

Working closely with cross-functional teams.
What You'd have?
-
Should have Experience of 4-6 years
-
Strong knowledge of problem management, root cause analysis & change management flow Expertise in CI/CD, Shell Scripting, Knowledge of the cloud, Kubernetes, Network, and SQL
-
Experience in Patch updates, application deployments & configuration management
-
Knowledge of the ITIL framework will be an added advantage
-
Ability to make quick decisions and ensure fast failover
-
Knowledge management
-
Experience with deployment automation(infrastructure as code)
-
Ability to use open-source technologies and cloud services
-
Willing to work 24*7 shifts.
