Sr Executive - Carrier Relations
Hyderabad

Position summary:

  • Carrier relations team coordinates with telecom operator and internal teams to deliver services to clients as per their requirements.

You’ll be responsible for?

-   Co-ordinating with internal sales team to understand their requirements to be procured

-   Managing the telecom resource inventory

-   Initiating the internal PO process in co-ordination with different departments

-   Co-ordinating with Telecom Operator’s SPOC to procure the services

-   Co-ordinating with internal team for handing over the service once it is live

-   Managing relation with the Telecom operator’s Support and service team

-   Will be Responsible to escalate and get the issues closed with Telecom operator

-   Getting RCAs for the Issues escalated to operators

-   Maintaining good relations with the Telecom Operator team and internal sales Team

-   Handling Internal teams like tech support and sales.

-   Validating the monthly invoices for VMNs.

Competencies:

-   Any Graduate with 2 – 4 years of experience.

Knowledge and Skill set:

-  Excellent communication skill with basic knowledge of Telecom.
